Anna Laudel Istanbul is set to host Ardan Özmenoğlu‘s solo exhibition “What Trees Whisper?” from September 20 to November 10, 2024. Özmenoğlu’s works, brought together with glass sculptures and natural materials, are preparing to offer an impressive experience to art lovers by integrating with the mysterious language of nature.

Özmenoğlu, who uses the complex situations and interpersonal dynamics dictated by modern life to society as subjects in her art, reinterprets the human perspective on nature through her works. Özmenoğlu abstracts elements of daily life with geometric forms, bringing a modern and innovative perspective to familiar details. These familiar elements encourage viewers to re-evaluate their own lives and experiences through the lens of contemporary art and to establish a connection with the artist.

In the exhibition, Özmenoğlu reflects the silence and depth of nature through her works, which she combines with glass sculptures and natural materials. The exhibition draws inspiration from the magic of trees and nature, and feeds on the richness of the artist’s own imagination, revealing the relationship between nature and humans. Özmenoğlu reflects the complex yet harmonious existence of nature using geometric forms and abstract lines. The “What Trees Whisper” exhibition offers viewers an opportunity to rethink their connections with nature and listen to the stories that nature is silently trying to tell them.

Inviting us to delve into the depths of nature and the secrets whispered by trees, Ardan Özmenoğlu‘s exhibition “What Trees Whisper?” can be seen at Anna Laudel Istanbul from September 20 to November 10, 2024.
