Definitions

Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing – any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data.

Data we gather

Information you have provided us with
This might be your e-mail address, name, billing address, home address etc – mainly information that is necessary for delivering you a product/service or to enhance your customer experience with us. We save the information you provide us with in order for you to comment or perform other activities on the website. This information includes, for example, your name and e-mail address.

Information automatically collected about you
This includes information that is automatically stored by cookies and other session tools. For example, your shopping cart information, your IP address, your shopping history (if there is any) etc. This information is used to improve your customer experience. Who else can access your Personal Data

Newsletter

If you have signed up for our newsletter you may receive emails from us. This includes but not limited to transactional emails and marketing emails.

We’ll only send emails which you have explicitly or implicitly (registration, product purchase etc.) signed up to.

On signup we collect your email address, your name, your current location, your current IP address and timestamp of signup, your IP address.

We send our emails via a service called amazonses

Once you get an email from us we track if you open the email in your email client, if you click a link in the email, your current location, your current IP address.

We respect your browsers “Do Not Track” feature which means we do not track your interaction with our emails.

Google Web Fonts

For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose your browser has to establish a direct connection to Google servers. Google thus becomes aware that our web page was accessed via your IP address. Our website uses features provided by the Vimeo video portal. This service is provided by Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.

If you visit one of our pages featuring a Vimeo plugin, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. Here the Vimeo server is informed about which of our pages you have visited. Even though we try our best we can not guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches.
