Gallery Sales & Digital Engagement Specialist

• Welcome visitors, provide detailed information about artworks, artists, and exhibitions to facilitate sales and build relationships
• Manage in-gallery sales processes, including processing transactions and maintaining client records
• Develop and execute digital engagement strategies through social media, website updates, and online marketing campaigns
• Create compelling visual and written content that reflects the gallery’s artistic vision and attracts a broader audience
• Monitor and analyze social media and website analytics to optimize engagement and sales strategies
• Coordinate online sales, including artwork listings and inquiries with Artsy & Artnet, as well as data input and content management on both platforms
• Organize and support digital and in-person events, art fairs, and exhibitions

Qualifications
• Proven experience in gallery sales, digital marketing, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools; proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; Turkish language skills are a plus
• Passion for contemporary art and familiarity with the art market
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to multitask, analyze data, and adapt strategies accordingly
