Artist Liaison

Position Overview
Anna Laudel Gallery invites applications for the position of Artist Liaison, a key role dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships with artists while contributing to the gallery’s operational and commercial success. This position requires a professional with a strong understanding of contemporary art and the ability to support artists across all aspects of their collaboration with the gallery.

Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with represented and guest artists, supporting them throughout exhibition planning, production, and career development.
• Coordinate the logistical aspects of exhibitions, including scheduling, shipping, installation, and communication with artists and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between artists, collectors, institutions, and the gallery’s internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Contribute to art sales through personalized collector engagement, participation in art fairs, and market outreach.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent and engaging presentation of artists and exhibitions across all platforms.
• Maintain accurate artist portfolios, consignment records, and artwork documentation in coordination with the sales and registrar teams.
• Conduct research to support artist presentations, sales positioning, and market visibility.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in a contemporary art gallery or cultural institution.
• Solid experience in artist liaison or artist management roles, with a track record of effective communication and project coordination.
• Academic background in Art History, Fine Arts, Arts Management, or a related field.
• Understanding of the contemporary art market and strong awareness of current artistic practices.
• Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with discretion and professionalism.
